REFINANCE - FINALLY

I was told by my Bank that I made my mortgage payments to that they couldn't refinance me, nor do a modification to lower my payments. No matter what I tried nothing worked. Either I didn't have a high enough credit score, or didn't make enough money, or made too much money. Lance met with me and explained why nothing could be done. He helped me know how to fix legitimate errors on my credit by working directly with the credit bureaus. Finally my credit score was high enough but I had just changed jobs. Even with my new employment Lance was able to refinance my home saving me hundreds of dollars monthly.
