Step One: Make Application

Be sure to provide your email and phone number
Be sure to check “YES” to Co-Borrower if someone will be applying with you.
Step Two: Check Credit
Available Loan Programs are directly tied to your MORTGAGE credit score.
You can pull your credit now or skip this step and talk to your Loan Officer first.

Step Three: Checklist and Authorizations
Download the “Smart Start Packet”. This pdf contains a checklist of items needed to complete your loan application. This is a generic list so ignore items that do NOT apply. Also included are various authorization forms. These need to be signed and returned. Please fax or email the signed authorization forms immediately and send items needed per the checklist.
